First of all, I am delighted to have the opportunity to speak as the Chief Executive Officer of this SACCOS.
Kishan Kalyan SACCOS is a community-based cooperative, it has been moving forward since the last 26
years with the movement of building a prosperous society by involving the members of the community in the SACCOS. Currently, expanding its scope in Sunsari district, it is emphasizing on empowerment of members and community development through various social and community programs along with financial programs.
From the 26th year of the SACCOS, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the SACCOS family for
giving me the opportunity to join this great journey and fulfill my responsibilities as the Chief Executive
Officer. Making the slogan meaningful ”Our SACCOS in cooperative; Prosperous society is a
movement”, As the head of management, I am fully committed to fulfill the vision ”To be a financial
intuition competitive and best choice focused on the economic and social prosperity of the
members”. I would like to ensure that we move forward with the belief that regular consultation of the board of directors, diligence of all employees working in management, invaluable advice and suggestions of all members, constant vigilance and activism are the keys to the operation of our cooperative. My main
responsibities will be gradually enhancing the capacity of the employees, to Provide timely and efficient
service to members, to develop the financial products & services of the organization in a more competitive manner, to conduct the organization’s programs in a more organized manner.
I would also like to make it clear that in the current situation where the cooperative sector is not becoming a center of attraction for youth employment and self-employment, I will Play a role in the organization and will take initiative from its sector. My contribution will be to add a brick to increase the height of the cooperative movement by involving more and more people in our SACCOS. Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to the board of directors, the account supervision committee, the various sub-committees, all the share members of the SACCOS, as well as all the employees who have been working together in this important Movement.
